COL (ret) Chris Mitchiner is a Consulting Manager with Partners in Performance with 30 years of experience in Threat Analysis and Cyber Operations. Chris has been responsible globally for analytics, supply chain risk management of current and future operations, and risk mitigation strategies in complex and extreme environments. A proven leader, Chris has formed, managed, and sustained teams from 10 to 300 individuals, streamlining processes and procedures that maximized return on human and monetary capital. Chris’s previous DOD positions include Site Lead for Booz, Allen, Hamilton at the US DoD’s Joint Force Headquarters for Cyber, responsible for detection and response against nation-state level cyber threats; Director of Intelligence for the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Strategic Command, the premier command responsible for strategic deterrence, integrated missile defense, and space operations; and Program Manager for U.S Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute that created policy and training strategies within the United Nations and North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Chris holds an undergraduate degree from North Georgia College as well as advanced degrees in Military Strategy from the US Army War College, and Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University.
