MG (ret) Patricia Frost delivered the opening remarks for the 8th EMERGENT TOPICS IN INTERNATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL LAW COURSE at the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School located at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Over 70 military and civilian JAG (attorneys) from the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard attended the 3 day course which focused on Cyber and Electronic Warfare operations.  MG Frost’s presentation was titled “Cyber Operations in the Information Era” and provided a holistic review  and discussion of international and domestic strategic and operational cyber threats.  She also  imparted some technical and tactical cyber adviceand leadership lessons they could apply when they returned to their organizations.  The presentation concluded with a robust Q&A session.
