23 Oct 2018 MG (ret.) Patricia Frost was the guest speaker supporting the COL Richard R. Hallock Lecture Series Program at Columbus State University, Georgia. The topic of her lecture was “From the Trenches to the Desktop-Warfare in the 21st Century.” The audience included scholars, faculty and students from the university as well as community leaders from the greater Columbus area. The Hallock Speaker Series at Columbus State University addresses issues of national security for the university, community and others interested in this topic. This series is supported by the COL Richard R. Hallock Foundation whose mandate is the belief in education dedicated to raising the professional standards of uniformed personnel as well as informing the electorate on pressing defense issues of the day.
