MG (ret.) Patricia Frost participated in the College of William and Mary Whole of Government conference on 4 April 2019.  The theme was “National Security Today Through 2028: Women Leading the Next Decade.  She was a featured panelist on the “Surveying Critical National Security Panel” where she discussed cybersecurity challenges facing our nation, academic institutions, and private businesses. 

The William and Mary Whole of Government Center of Excellence serves as a convener of high-level discussions about how to ensure effective coordination among federal, state and local levels of government.  Their mission is to train a new generation of future leaders who have hands-on, practical experience working across the different organizational cultures.

The panelists included:

  • Dr. Andrews: Professor the Practice of Law and Director, Virginia Coastal Policy Center, W&M Law School
  • Brigadier General Michelle Rose: TRADOC System Safety Engineer, Director of Logistics, National Guard Bureau J-4
  • Alexis Sullivan: Chief of Staff, International Information Programs
